How close is your vacation rental to the nearest airport?
Our condo is situated approximately one and a half miles from the Key West Airport.

How close is your vacation rental to Duval Street?
Our Key West resort property is situated about 1 1/2 miles to the south end of Duval St.

How long of a drive is it to your condo & Key West from the Miami International Airport?
Key West is about a 3 hr. Drive from the Miami area. (147 miles)

Does your condo rental have handicap accessibility?
Our building has an elevator that will accommodate wheel chairs.

What kind of transportation is available at your resort?
The Key West public bus system stop three blocks from our property.   There are also taxi's available at all hours of the day, which is often a good option considering the parking situation in Key West during the peak season.

Would your complex have a restaurant or bar area on the property?
Our facility doesn't have a restaurant or pub on site.   There are however three establishments located within just a short walk from our resort.

Is it possible to rent your condo for only one or two nights?
The minimum stay for our place is 3 nights.

What is the maximum number of people that your condo rental will accommodate?
The maximum number of people allowed by our condo association for our 3 bed unit is six people.

What do we need to bring along when we stay at your place?
Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen and our unit also features a state of the art washer and dryer along with ironing essentials.   Your linens and towels are provided by us. We give our guests a complementary starter package of basic supplies such as toiletries, laundry & dish detergents and paper towels. These are to get you started and we do not resupply during your stay.

What do you have for parking and are there any additional fees to Park?
Our rental comes with one garage space assigned to our unit.   We do have an additional overflow parking lot for guests or second vehicles that are on a first come first serve basis.   All parking is a no-charge to our guests. Our facility does not allow boat or jet ski trailers and also does not allow motor home parking.

What are your hours of check in and is it possible to check in before or after the stipulated hours?
Our check in time is four o'clock p.m. and our check out time is ten o'clock a.m. . We will do the best job possible to take care of our early check-in guest requests but due to our cleaning requirements this is not always possible. Because of our contract with our cleaning service, check-outs after the 10 o'clock a.m. deadline will be charged an additional fee of $25 per hour for each hour over the check-out deadline.

What are the check in procedures?
The regular office business hours for our management company are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern time. Anyone arriving after the 5:00 pm time must be pre paid and should make check in arrangements before arriving.   You can access the resort by the western entrance after 5:00 pm. The resort's security person will assist you with your check-in after the normal business hours. (just make sure you have called and made arrangements prior to your arrival if arriving late. Does your vacation rental have any internet access?
Our rental comes with wireless high speed internet.   We provide this complimentary service to our guests at no charge. Key West hotels will usually charge ten to twelve dollars per day for this service.

Can we get an extra roll away bed or rent baby cribs or high-chairs for our stay?
Yes all of these are available for a nominal fee.   Cribs and beds are ten dollars per day and high chairs are available for five dollars per day.   You will need to make arrangements with our management co. Prior to your arrival.
